Whether you travel frequently, have a constantly varying work schedule, or just like to pick your own workout times, our DIY membership is perfect for when you need to call the shots.

Minimal equipment and space required

We publish 6 DIY workouts a week, including a short explanation video so you’re sure to know how all the movements should go. Every video includes suggestions for modifying the workout to accommodate limited or even zero equipment!

And…with our “open gym” times on the schedule, you can even tackle the day’s workout with your favorite workout buddies!
