Members Class Schedule
Click the day and time below to register for your intro class:
On the day of your Krav Maga Intro appointment, you’ll come for the 30-minute intro lesson and stay immediately after to participate in a Krav Maga level 1 class, so be prepared to spend at least 90 minutes with us that day. Be sure to dress comfortably as you would to work out.
On the day of your fitness intro, you’ll meet with a coach for a 30-minute introduction and assessment, then you’ll stay for the Workout of the Day (WOD) immediately following. Register by clicking on your preferred location.
