Group Training Events
Do you have a group of people who wants to train with us?
Our staff is available for a variety of on- and off-site seminars. Whether you’re looking for a quick lunchtime presentation, ongoing classes at your workplace, small group seminars at one of our facilities, or a block watch meeting presentation, we are happy to work with you! On-site fitness or Krav Maga classes
Certified Krav Maga or CrossFit instructors can come to your workplace and lead a 45-minute class for your employees. This is a great health and fitness benefit for busy professionals!
Small group workshop
Bring your small group to one of our Columbus-area facilities for a 90-minute workshop. The focus of the seminar will be developed based on your requests. Great for Scouts troops, block watches, and many other groups!
Health fair demonstrations
We can present a brief introduction to Krav Maga, CrossFit and many of the other things OKM offers, as part of your health and wellness fair.

“I took the Free to Fight Back women’s self defense class and it exceeded my expectations! I loved the class, and all of the people there made me feel really welcomed. I brought my mom and sister, and the three of us are all at different fitness levels and ages. This class was a great experience for all three of us. We felt that the messages they had and the fighting they taught sorta ‘met you where you were at’ and there was great takeaway for all of us! thanks to the instructor who encouraged me to ‘keep going’ when I wanted to quit due to fatigue! It’s tiring being in the fighting mindset! But this is a great place to practice! I highly recommend!”
